Kathy’s Care Cards Takes a Bite Out of the Big Apple
Kathy’s Care Cards recently participated in the National Stationery Show in New York City. Although it was our first trade show and we were one of several thousand vendors—Kathy’s Care Cards had quite a presence!
Dressed in her nursing uniform to represent our tie to the medical
community, Kathy, RN, took blood pressures to show our booth visitors
that we care about their health, not just their business. We told visitors
our story—what we stand for, what products we offer and how we give
back through our Heart of Nursing Foundation.
Visitors, vendors and media alike were very interested in Kathy’s Care
Cards. Our booth was full of activity and excitement from the show’s
beginning on Sunday through closing on Wednesday.
In addition to the excitement generated during the stationery show,
Kathy’s Care Cards caught the interest of Today Show costars
Katie Couric and Anne Curry and thousands of viewers when we were
spotted in the crowd outside the Today Show. Katie and Anne both
signed our Kathy’s Care Cards banner—a treasure we will proudly
display, forever.
Kathy’s Care Cards Announces New Jewelry Line
Kathy’s Care Cards is proud to add a new product line to compliment our cards. We have created a special
line of awareness jewelry that is not only beautiful but has a purpose. The jewelry is handmade with sterling
silver and Swarski Crystal. The crystal color corresponds to the ribbon color that represents a cancer type
or other disease. See the jewelry page on our website to order or learn more about the jewelry.

Kathys Care Cards will be going into their first retail chain CVS/Pharmacy’s. KCC will be located in their pharmacy area. This is a placement where we will have the most impact on those individuals that are battling life altering illnesses. They will be placed into all the Westerville Ohio CVS stores sometime in the month of May. CVS understands the purpose behind Kathy’s Care Cards. We are excited to have our cards in a retail chain like CVS that promotes health care and health screens the same as our cards. Look for them in the pharmacy locations.
