If you would like to submit artwork to be considered for Kathy’s Care Cards, please send your submissions
to art@KathysCareCards.com. Artwork needs to be in a JPG or TIFF format. You may also send original
artwork to P.O. Box 1330 Westerville, Ohio 43086. Original artwork cannot be returned.

All artists submitting artwork must first sign a copyright license agreement provided
here (54.4 KB PDF document). The agreement may be emailed to art@KathysCareCards.com or faxed to
614-283-5300.

A short biography must accompany all submitted artwork. Kathy will have the right to edit the bio as she
feels necessary. The edited bio will be included on the Kathy’s Care Card featuring the artist’s work, if
selected.

Kathy’s Care Cards is successful because the people involved with the card line have all been touched by a
life-altering event—be it personally, through a loved one or as a health-care provider. Therefore, the artist’s
bio will be considered in the selection process.

Thank you for your interest in submitting your artwork. Kathy’s Care Cards does not pay for any artwork.

Our company is about caring and sharing. If you have a web site for your artwork, Kathy's Care Cards
may add a link to your site and to where you may offer your originals for sale.  

If your artwork is selected, it will be viewed by millions internationally.
